You are restricted by the Franchise Agreement, the Manual and any other practice or custom with respect to the goods or services which you may offer, which must be approved by us. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are indeed restricted regarding the goods or services they can offer. Alloy franchisees must get approval in writing from the franchisor for all products and services they intend to sell at their Alloy Facility. Alloy also has the right to change the types of authorized goods and services with no limits on their right to make changes. Furthermore, Alloy can disapprove any products or services at any time, and franchisees must immediately stop selling those items.
Alloy franchisees generally have the right to establish prices for their training services and related products. However, Alloy retains the right to modify the System and establish prices, both minimum and maximum, for these services and products. Any such modification will be in writing. Unless Alloy modifies the System, any price list or schedule they furnish to the franchisee is only a recommendation.
In addition to these restrictions, Alloy may periodically supplement, improve, or modify the System, requiring franchisees to comply with all reasonable requirements, including offering and selling new or different products or services as specified by Alloy. Franchisees must also participate in any membership reciprocity, gift card, or loyalty card programs that Alloy establishes. Overall, franchisees are bound by the Franchise Agreement, the Manual, and any other practice or custom concerning the goods or services they may offer, all of which must be approved by Alloy. The only exception is that franchisees are not restricted as to the customers they may solicit or service, except that they may not directly solicit customers outside of their Designated Territory.
