Is an Alloy franchisee required to comply with all requirements related to the Alloy App?

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with all requirements related to the Alloy App. This includes signing any agreements that Alloy requires, such as an end-user license agreement. Franchisees are strictly prohibited from modifying, reproducing, duplicating, or reverse engineering the Alloy App in any manner.
