You may use the Trademarks only in association with services and products approved by us and that meet our standards or requirements.
C. "Manual" or "Operations Manual" means any collection of written, video, audio and/or software media (including materials distributed electronically), regardless of title and consisting of various subparts and separate components, all of which we or our agents produce and which contain specifications, standards, policies, procedures and recommendations for your ALLOY Facility, all of which we may change from time to time.
D. Alloy App. You must purchase a proprietary software application system that complies with our standards and requirements, including all future updates, supplements and modifications (the "Alloy App") and sign any related agreements that we require.

This app must comply with Alloy's standards and requirements, including all future updates, supplements, and modifications. This ensures that franchisees use the technology Alloy deems necessary for the business and that they stay current with any changes or improvements to the system. Therefore, Alloy franchisees must comply with any modifications Alloy makes to the authorized training services and products.
