You must post a prominent sign in the Facility identifying you as an ALLOY franchisee in a format we deem reasonably acceptable, including an acknowledgment that you independently own and operate the Facility and that the ALLOY Trademark is owned by us and your use is under a license we have issued to you.
All your internal and external signs must comply at all times with our outdoor/indoor guidelines and practices, as they are modified from time to time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must display a sign in their facility that identifies them as an Alloy franchisee. This sign must be prominent and in a format that Alloy deems reasonably acceptable.
The sign must also include an acknowledgment that the facility is independently owned and operated by the franchisee. Additionally, it must state that the ALLOY Trademark is owned by Alloy and that the franchisee's use of the trademark is under a license issued by Alloy.
Furthermore, all internal and external signs must adhere to Alloy's outdoor/indoor guidelines and practices, which may be modified from time to time. This ensures that the Alloy brand is consistently represented across all franchise locations, maintaining a uniform image and customer experience.
