What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Alloy FDD, if Alloy revises the contents of its Operations Manual, franchisees must comply with each new or changed standard. In the event of any dispute as to the contents of the manual, the terms of the master copy maintained by Alloy at its home office will be controlling. Franchisees also acknowledge that the Operations Manual is on loan from Alloy for the term of the agreement and remains Alloy's sole property.
This means that Alloy franchisees are obligated to stay current with any updates or changes made to the Operations Manual. The franchisee must implement these changes in their business operations. The master copy of the manual held by Alloy serves as the final authority in case of discrepancies.
This requirement ensures uniformity and consistency across all Alloy franchise locations. It also allows Alloy to adapt its operating procedures as needed to maintain competitiveness and brand standards. Franchisees should regularly check for updates to the manual and promptly integrate them into their business practices to remain in compliance with the franchise agreement.
