It is important to note that Alloy includes addenda to both the Franchise Agreement and Area Development Agreement that contain acknowledgments. However, these addenda specifically exclude candidates and businesses located in California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Therefore, franchisees in those states would not use these particular acknowledgment forms.
