What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Alloy Franchise Disclosure Document, the Alloy System is identified by certain trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin, including the mark "Alloy®". These are designated as the "Marks" or "Proprietary Marks".
Alloy Facilities operate using the franchisor's formula, techniques, trade dress, trademarks, and logos. The Alloy franchise agreement grants franchisees the right to use the Proprietary Marks and the System solely at the approved location. The Proprietary Marks are owned by Alloy Personal Training Solutions, LLC (APTS), which licenses them to Alloy Personal Training to sublicense to franchisees.
Prospective franchisees should understand that the Alloy brand and associated marks are critical to the franchise system. Unauthorized use of these marks could lead to legal issues and damage the brand's reputation. Franchisees must adhere to Alloy's guidelines for using the Proprietary Marks in their business operations and marketing materials.
