What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must attend a mandatory in-person training program that lasts 4 days. This training takes place at Alloy's affiliate facility in Roswell, Georgia, or at another location that Alloy designates.

Before attending the in-person training, franchisees and their designated attendees must complete a pre-training program through Alloy's Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS curriculum covers essential topics like operational basics, brand standards, and key technologies. Completing all LMS modules is mandatory before the start of the in-person training week. Franchisees also need to attend a series of mandatory virtual training meetings before the live training, which will cover tech setup for Mindbody, Alloy Ops, and Social Media setup.

If a trainee does not complete the training program to Alloy's satisfaction, they can retake it, or the franchisee can designate a new person to attend. Alloy reserves the right to charge a training fee for any trainee who retakes the program. If a trainee fails to complete the program a second time, Alloy may terminate the Franchise Agreement without refunding any portion of the initial franchise fee.
