What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy does not deliver or install equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, or supplies for its franchisees. However, Alloy will provide a list of approved suppliers and written brand design specifications to assist franchisees in procuring these items.

Specifically, Alloy offers consultation regarding the build-out of the interior of the franchised business, including specifications and requirements for approved fixtures, equipment, and signs. This consultation ensures that the franchisee's setup aligns with Alloy's uniform image and standards. While Alloy provides these specifications, the responsibility for sourcing and installing these items rests with the franchisee.

Prospective Alloy franchisees should note that they are responsible for managing the procurement and installation of all necessary equipment, signs, and inventory. This includes coordinating with suppliers, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with Alloy's standards. Delays in these areas can impact the opening timeline, as the facility must be fully equipped and approved by Alloy before commencing operations. Franchisees may use Alloy's preferred vendors for pre-construction/construction management or for general contractors while designing and building their Facility.
