As of the date of the Alloy Disclosure Document, have any cooperatives been established?

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, no cooperatives have been established as of the date of the document. The FDD states that cooperatives will include all Alloy facilities in a designated geographic area, whether owned by Alloy, its affiliates, or its franchisees. Each facility gets one vote in the cooperative, but no single facility or commonly controlled group of facilities can have more than 25% of the total vote. This voting limit also applies to franchisor or affiliate outlets.
