According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees, their owners, and managers are prohibited from disclosing Confidential Information during and after the franchise agreement term. They can only share it with employees who need it to operate the Alloy facility.

Confidential Information includes the franchisee's knowledge of the Alloy facility and system operations.
