What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all Franchise Owners and designated attendees must complete a pre-training program through Alloy's Learning Management System (LMS) before attending training week at the Headquarters (HQ). The LMS curriculum covers essential topics like operational basics, brand standards, and key technologies. Completing all modules is mandatory before the start of training week.
Failure to complete the LMS curriculum may impact the trainee's ability to fully participate in the HQ training. This suggests that the trainee may not be adequately prepared for the in-person training, potentially hindering their understanding and application of the concepts taught during the HQ training week.
If a trainee fails to complete the in-person training program to Alloy's satisfaction, Alloy will allow the trainee to re-take the training program. Alternatively, the franchisee can designate a new Operating Partner, General Manager/Head Trainer, or Trainer to re-take the training program. Alloy reserves the right to require the franchisee to pay the then-current training fee for any trainee re-taking the training program. If a trainee fails to complete the training program a second time, Alloy may choose to terminate the Franchise Agreement without providing a refund of any portion of the initial franchise fee.
