What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a developer's failure to adhere to the Development Schedule can lead to significant repercussions. Specifically, if the developer fails to execute a Franchise Agreement or open a facility according to the dates outlined in the agreement, or if they otherwise fail to comply with the Development Schedule, Alloy has the right to immediately terminate the Development Agreement.
This provision underscores the importance of meeting the agreed-upon milestones for franchise development. The Development Schedule outlines specific dates for executing Franchise Agreements and opening facilities within the designated Development Territory. These dates are critical for Alloy's strategic expansion and market penetration.
For a prospective Alloy developer, this means that careful planning and execution are essential. Developers must ensure they have the resources and capabilities to meet the Development Schedule's requirements. Failure to do so not only jeopardizes their investment but also risks the termination of their Development Agreement, potentially losing the rights to develop Alloy franchises in the agreed-upon territory.
