Prior to opening, we reserve the right to require you to have 75 members who have joined your facility during the pre-sale marketing campaign, although we may allow you to open without 75 members. You can appoint your Director of Training or Manager to conduct this direct sales activity. You will be required to attend weekly coaching and accountability meetings during the pre-sale period. You must have Alloy HQ permission to open your facility. After opening you must attend monthly meetings with your Alloy franchise business coach. Failure to attend these required meetings will put you out of compliance with your franchise agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before opening an Alloy franchise, franchisees may be required to have 75 members who have joined their facility during the pre-sale marketing campaign. However, Alloy may allow a franchisee to open without reaching the 75-member threshold. Franchisees must also secure Alloy HQ's permission to open their facility.
During the pre-sale period, franchisees are required to attend weekly coaching and accountability meetings. After opening, franchisees must attend monthly meetings with their Alloy franchise business coach. Failure to attend these required meetings will put the franchisee out of compliance with their franchise agreement.
Prior to opening the Franchised Business, Alloy will consult with the franchisee on the location for their Franchised Business, which must be accepted by Alloy. The site must meet Alloy's criteria for population and/or median income in the surrounding area, size and cost of the facility that the franchisee selects, and other similar factors, including Alloy's business judgment. Alloy may reject the proposed location at their sole discretion. Alloy will also consult with the franchisee regarding the build-out for the interior of their Franchised Business or interior leasehold improvements and floor plan design. Alloy will provide the franchisee with their specifications and requirements based on typical configurations for the layout of a Facility, including lists and specifications of approved fixtures, equipment, and signs needed to outfit and furnish the Franchised Business in accordance with Alloy's uniform image and standards.
