You may use one of our preferred vendors for pre-construction/construction management or for general contractors while designing and building your Facility. We do not provide (i) assistance with conforming the premises to local ordinances and building codes and obtaining any required permits and/or constructing the premises; or (ii) assistance with equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory or supplies except by providing a list of approved suppliers and through our written brand design specifications. We do not deliver or install these items.

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy offers limited assistance with equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, and supplies. Specifically, Alloy does not provide direct assistance with these items, but will provide a list of approved suppliers and written brand design specifications. Alloy also does not deliver or install these items.

Prior to opening, Alloy will consult with franchisees regarding the build-out for the interior of the franchised business, including interior leasehold improvements and floor plan design. Alloy will provide specifications and requirements based on typical configurations for the layout of a Facility, including lists and specifications of approved fixtures, equipment, and signs needed to outfit and furnish the Franchised Business in accordance with Alloy's uniform image and standards.

Prospective franchisees should note that while Alloy offers guidance through approved supplier lists and design specifications, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and installing all necessary equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, and supplies. Franchisees may use one of Alloy's preferred vendors for pre-construction/construction management or for general contractors while designing and building their Facility.
