What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy has the right to revise the contents of its Operations Manual from time to time, and franchisees must comply with each new or changed requirement. The Operations Manual contains the specifications, standards, policies, procedures, and recommendations for the franchisee's Facility. Alloy may change the Operations Manual from time to time.

This means that Alloy franchisees must stay up-to-date with any changes to the Operations Manual and adhere to those changes. Failure to comply with new requirements could result in a breach of the franchise agreement. Franchisees must ensure their copy of the Operations Manual is current, with the master copy maintained by Alloy being the controlling version in case of disputes.

Alloy may provide the Operations Manual and other system communications online. Franchisees should be prepared to access and utilize these digital resources to stay informed about the latest operational guidelines and updates. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors need the flexibility to adapt their systems to changing market conditions, new technologies, and evolving best practices. However, it places a responsibility on the franchisee to remain vigilant and proactive in implementing these changes.
