According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy may adjust its training schedule to accommodate the individual needs or experience level of a trainee. The standard training program includes virtual meetings, a pre-training program via a Learning Management System (LMS), and a 4-day in-person training at an affiliate's facility in Roswell, Georgia, or another designated location.

If a trainee does not complete the training program to Alloy's satisfaction, they can retake it, or the franchisee can designate a new person to attend. However, Alloy reserves the right to charge a training fee for retakes. Failure to complete the training program after a second attempt may lead to termination of the Franchise Agreement without a refund of the initial franchise fee.

The training program utilizes a Manual, handouts, the Alloy App, Alloy Ops, Mindbody, the LMS, and other materials deemed beneficial by Alloy. Training typically occurs during the second week of each month, but Alloy retains the flexibility to modify the schedule based on individual trainee requirements.
