For example, in California, the agent is the California Commissioner of Financial Protection & Innovation. In Connecticut, it is the Banking Commissioner. In Hawaii, it is the Commissioner of Securities State of Hawaii.
Additionally, the document mentions an Attorney-in-Fact related to a surety bond. To verify the authenticity of the Power of Attorney, one can contact Arch Insurance Company and refer to the named Attorney-in-Fact and the bond details.
