What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a weekly Technology Fee of $100. This fee is due by noon each Wednesday. The Technology Fee covers costs related to remote access, licenses, system support, and the use and maintenance of the software provided by All Team.
All Team retains the right to increase the Technology Fee, but they can only do so once per year and must provide written notice to the franchisee beforehand. This allows All Team to adjust the fee in response to changes in technology costs or to invest in new systems and improvements.
In addition to the Technology Fee, franchisees may incur other technology-related expenses. Franchisees are responsible for equipping their offices with the necessary computer hardware and software as specified in the Confidential Operations Manual. They must also lease and maintain proprietary software from an All Team-approved supplier. Furthermore, All Team franchisees must use designated email accounts for agency business and will incur a fee of $4 per week for each email address exceeding the initial three provided.
