What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay a weekly technology fee of $100 to ATFC. This Technology Fee is due by noon each Wednesday. This fee covers items such as remote access, licenses, system support, and the use and maintenance of the software.
All Team retains the right to increase the Technology Fee, but can only do so no more than once per year, and must provide written notice to the franchisee beforehand. This allows All Team to adjust the fee in response to changing technology costs, but also provides some predictability for the franchisee.
The Technology Fee, along with other fees, will be withheld from the Temporary Employment Gross Billings collected by ATFC on the franchisee's behalf before the collections are forwarded to the franchisee. If the collected billings are insufficient to cover the fees, All Team has the right to require the franchisee to pay the fees via electronic funds transfer or another method designated by All Team. Franchisees are also responsible for all credit card fees associated with payments. In addition to the Technology Fee, franchisees must also pay $4 per week for each additional email address used by the agency beyond the three initially provided.
