What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if ATFC (presumably All Team Funding Corp) is involved in a suit or proceeding, the All Team USER (franchisee) has specific obligations. The USER must promptly provide ATFC with copies of every summons, subpoena, process, notice, or order for appearance related to the suit or proceeding.
Furthermore, the All Team franchisee is required to cooperate with ATFC's attorneys and insurance carriers in the defense of the suit or proceeding. This cooperation likely involves providing information, documentation, and potentially testimony to assist in the legal defense.
These obligations are in place to ensure that All Team is informed and can adequately defend itself in legal matters that may arise, especially those that could potentially impact the All Team system or brand. Failure to comply with these requirements could potentially lead to legal or financial repercussions for the franchisee, as it could hinder All Team's ability to mount an effective defense.
