What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a USER (franchisee) is required to carry worker's compensation insurance for all employees. Furthermore, the franchisee must comply with all laws and regulations related to worker's compensation.
All Team requires the franchisee to provide proof of such insurance and proof of payment to both All Team and Centennial Bank, or its successors, as requested from time to time. This ensures that the franchisee is compliant with legal requirements and protects both the franchisee and All Team from potential liabilities related to employee injuries or illnesses.
This requirement is typical in the franchise industry, especially in businesses that involve temporary personnel services, as it mitigates risks associated with workplace accidents and ensures that employees are protected in case of injury. The franchisee's responsibility to maintain and provide proof of worker's compensation insurance is a critical aspect of operating an All Team franchise and adhering to the agreements set forth by the franchisor.
