What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee's rights terminate. The franchisee must immediately stop using All Team's marks, signs, colors, structures, printed goods, and advertising. The franchisee must return any copyrighted materials provided by All Team.

If All Team requests, the franchisee must assign its telephone numbers to All Team, along with clients, candidates, customers, and the employee roster. The franchisee must also execute any documents necessary to complete these assignments. The franchisee will immediately cease providing services to all customers and candidates and forfeit any rights to the customers, candidates and any customer accounts.

This means that if you leave the All Team franchise system, you may be required to transfer your business phone numbers to All Team if they request it. This could impact your ability to maintain contact with former clients and candidates if you were to start a similar business independently. It is important to consider this potential impact on your business and client relationships when evaluating the All Team franchise opportunity.
