What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, the franchisee must discontinue use of all trademarks, signs, colors, structures, printed goods, and forms of advertising indicative of All Team's business. The franchisee is also required to return any copyrighted materials that All Team provided. Additionally, if All Team requests, the franchisee must assign its telephone numbers to All Team, along with clients, candidates, customers, and the employee roster, and execute any necessary documents to facilitate this.

This means that a franchisee who leaves the All Team system must cease all operations under the All Team brand and return all materials that display All Team's branding or intellectual property. This includes physical items like signs and printed materials, as well as intangible assets like phone numbers and customer lists. The franchisee is essentially cut off from using anything associated with the All Team system after the agreement ends.

This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as it protects the franchisor's brand and intellectual property. It ensures that former franchisees do not continue to operate under the same brand or use proprietary materials after their agreement has ended. Franchisees should be aware of these obligations and plan accordingly when considering exiting the All Team system.
