Upon termination of the All Team franchise agreement, what must the franchisee do with copyrighted materials provided by All Team?

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, the franchisee must discontinue use of all trademarks, signs, colors, structures, printed goods, and forms of advertising indicative of All Team's business. The franchisee is also required to return any copyrighted materials that All Team provided. Additionally, if All Team requests, the franchisee must assign its telephone numbers to All Team, along with clients, candidates, customers, and the employee roster, and execute any necessary documents to facilitate this.

This means that a franchisee who leaves the All Team system must cease all operations under the All Team brand and return all materials that display All Team's branding or intellectual property. This includes physical items like signs and printed materials, as well as intangible assets like phone numbers and customer lists. The franchisee is essentially cut off from using anything associated with the All Team system after the agreement ends.
