We began our franchising operations in June 1996 with the Agencies providing only services to the food service and hospitality facilities under the Marks "Food Service" and "Resources in Food". Sometime later, the Agencies began operating under the Mark, "All Team Staffing" and began providing staffing services to the other industries. Neither we nor our affiliates have offered or sold any franchises in any other line of business as of the date of this franchise disclosure document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company began franchising operations in June 1996. Initially, All Team agencies provided services exclusively to food service and hospitality facilities. These early services were marketed under the marks "Food Service" and "Resources in Food".
Later, All Team expanded its service offerings and began operating under the mark "All Team Staffing." This expansion allowed the agencies to provide staffing services to a broader range of industries beyond food service and hospitality. These industries include healthcare and environmental, management recruiting, labor and light industrial, and administrative and clerical.
Currently, the marks used by All Team include Food Team, Inc. and design, RIF Resources in Food and design, Med Team Support Staffing and design and All Team. As a prospective franchisee, it's important to note that All Team retains the right to modify or change the marks used in connection with the operation of the agency.
