We began our franchising operations in June 1996 with the Agencies providing only services to the food service and hospitality facilities under the Marks "Food Service" and "Resources in Food". Sometime later, the Agencies began operating under the Mark, "All Team Staffing" and began providing staffing services to the other industries.
