What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when notice is required under the franchise agreement, it can be given in writing and sent by registered or certified mail, or by personal delivery to the franchisee's agency address and to All Team's office. The address must be designated in accordance with the relevant section of the agreement.

Receipt of notice is deemed to have occurred three days after mailing, or immediately upon personal delivery, whichever happens first. This means that if a franchisee hand-delivers a notice, it is considered received immediately, whereas a mailed notice has a three-day delay before it is officially considered received.

This clause ensures that both All Team and its franchisees have a clear and documented method for sending and receiving important notices, which can be critical for compliance and legal purposes. The option for personal delivery provides a faster, more certain way to ensure that notice is received, compared to relying solely on mail.
