What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team has the right to intervene in customer complaints under specific conditions. If a franchisee receives a customer complaint that they cannot resolve within five business days, the franchisee is required to promptly notify All Team.
Upon notification, All Team has the right to step in and resolve the complaint. The franchisee agrees to be bound by All Team's decision regarding the resolution.
Importantly, the FDD stipulates that any expenses incurred during All Team's intervention and resolution of the customer complaint are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. This means that franchisees must be prepared to bear the financial burden of All Team's involvement in resolving customer issues that extend beyond the initial five-day period.
