What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is refundable only if All Team does not accept the Franchise Agreement within 30 days after the franchisee submits it. The standard franchise fee is $42,500, but it is reduced to $37,500 if the franchisee already operates an agency under a franchise agreement with All Team and wishes to purchase an additional franchise or open another agency office.

The FDD clearly states that if All Team does not approve the agreement within the specified timeframe, the entire franchise fee will be refunded. However, the document emphasizes that, outside of this specific condition, the franchise fee is fully earned upon payment and is non-refundable under any other circumstances.

This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry. The initial franchise fee covers All Team's initial expenses in evaluating the prospective franchisee, providing initial training, and setting up the franchisee. Therefore, it is typically non-refundable once All Team has begun providing these services, or after 30 days of submission.
