What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team will charge a reasonable fee to train a reasonable number of a franchisee's new employees or their trainers at All Team's corporate offices, provided the franchisee is not in default under the Franchise Agreement.
This means that if an All Team franchisee needs to train new employees after the initial training, All Team will provide this training at their corporate offices for a reasonable fee. This is a benefit to the franchisee, as they can ensure their employees are properly trained in the All Team system. However, this benefit is contingent on the franchisee remaining in good standing with All Team and adhering to the terms of the Franchise Agreement. If the franchisee is in default, they may not be eligible for this training service.
Franchisors commonly offer ongoing training and support, but the specifics vary. Some may include a certain amount of training in the initial franchise fee, while others charge additional fees for all subsequent training. The fact that All Team specifies a "reasonable fee" suggests they aim to provide this service at a fair cost to franchisees, as long as they are compliant with the agreement. Franchisees are responsible for the transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses incurred by them and their employees in attending any training programs.
