ces ATFC requires pursuant to the Confidential Operations Manual or as otherwise direct. FRANCHISEE will not conduct any business or sell any products other than those approved by ATFC. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATFC reserves the right to set prices that a FRANCHISEE will charge.
- F. Payroll Funding and Payroll and Billing Processing. Due to the nature of the Temporary Service Business, FRANCHISEE is required to use ATFC to provide payroll funding and payroll and billing processing. Upon execution of this Agreement, FRANCHISEE will enter into a separate "Funding Agreement" and a "Processing Agreement" with ATFC which will govern the terms and conditions of these services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use All Team to provide payroll funding and payroll and billing processing due to the nature of the temporary service business. Upon the execution of the franchise agreement, the franchisee will enter into a separate Funding Agreement and a Processing Agreement with All Team, which will govern the terms and conditions of these services.
All Team retains the right to discontinue these services at its sole discretion. However, if All Team decides to discontinue these services, they will provide another approved supplier for such services.
Additionally, the FDD states that defaulting under the terms of the Funding Agreement and/or Processing Agreement is grounds for termination of the franchise agreement.
