What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Transfer Fee is due at the time of consummation of the transfer. The amount of this fee is 50% of the then-current franchise fee. This fee is payable when a franchisee sells their All Team franchise.

However, there is an exception to the standard transfer fee. If an individual franchisee transfers their interest into a legal entity that they wholly own, the transfer fee is a fixed amount of $2,000, instead of the percentage-based fee.

This means that if you plan to sell your All Team franchise in the future, you should budget for a transfer fee equal to half the then-current franchise fee. However, if you simply want to change the ownership structure to a legal entity you control, the fee is significantly lower.
