What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is a reduced franchise fee available to existing franchisees. The standard initial franchise fee for a new All Team franchise is $42,500. However, if a franchisee or its owners already operate an agency under a Franchise Agreement with All Team and wish to purchase an additional franchise or open an additional agency office, the franchise fee is reduced to $37,500.
This reduced fee provides a financial incentive for existing All Team franchisees to expand their operations. It lowers the barrier to entry for those who have already invested in the All Team system and have demonstrated success. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, as franchisors often seek to grow their brand through expansion by existing, proven franchisees.
Prospective franchisees should note that this reduced fee applies only when purchasing an additional franchise or opening another agency office. It does not apply to the initial franchise fee for the first All Team franchise. Franchisees should also confirm with All Team that all other requirements and qualifications for opening an additional location are met, beyond just the reduced fee.
