Is there a limit to how often All Team can require refresher training programs?

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team may require additional or refresher training programs from time to time. The FDD does not specify a limit on how often All Team can mandate these programs. The training will occur at a place and time designated by All Team.

As a franchisee, you are responsible for covering all transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses for yourself and your employees when attending these required training programs. However, if you are not in default under the Franchise Agreement, All Team will charge a reasonable fee to train a reasonable number of your new employees or their trainers at All Team's corporate offices.

This lack of a specified limit on refresher training frequency could pose a financial risk to franchisees if All Team requires frequent training sessions, as the franchisee bears the costs.
