What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the amount of continuing advisory assistance is not explicitly limited. All Team will provide advisory assistance as it deems appropriate. However, if a franchisee requests advisory assistance, All Team reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for the assistance and to be compensated for any travel expenses its employees incur while providing the assistance. This includes transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses.
This means that while All Team offers ongoing support, franchisees may need to budget for additional costs if they require more than the standard level of assistance. The FDD does not specify what constitutes a 'reasonable fee,' so franchisees should clarify this with All Team during their due diligence. Understanding the circumstances under which fees apply and the potential cost is essential for financial planning.
Many franchisors offer ongoing support as part of their franchise agreement, but it's not uncommon for additional or specialized support to come at an extra cost. Franchisees should inquire about the typical situations that might require additional advisory assistance and the average fees associated with such support to fully understand the potential financial implications.
