All_Team Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
The Franchise Agreement states that you are to provide all the services required by us. However, as explained in Item 1 above, you may begin operating your Agency by providing Temporary Service Business. You will have 4 months after you sign the Franchise Agreement until you must be providing the Placement Service Business. Furthermore, you are prohibited from offering or selling any services or any products not authorized by us. We reserve the right to change the types of services and products which you will be required to offer. There are no limits on our right to do so.
There are some restrictions regarding the customers which you may offer products and services. These restrictions are explained in Item 12.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to provide all services mandated by All Team and are prohibited from offering or selling any unauthorized services or products. However, there is a temporary exception for new franchisees.
Specifically, a new All Team franchisee may begin operations by providing only Temporary Service Business. The franchisee then has four months from the date of signing the Franchise Agreement to begin providing Placement Service Business. This initial period allows new franchisees to phase in the full range of required services.
All Team retains the right to modify the types of services and products that franchisees are required to offer, without any limitations. Franchisees should also be aware that there are restrictions regarding the customers to whom they may offer products and services, as detailed in Item 12 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
