Is there a deadline for All Team to respond to a franchisee's advertising submission?
All_Team Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
FRANCHISEE must submit all of its own advertising and sale promotion materials (including Internet advertising) to ATFC or its agency in writing, for prior consent. If ATFC does not consent to the advertising within twenty (20) days after receipt of the advertising, said advertising is deemed not acceptable.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must submit all advertising and sales promotion materials to All Team for prior consent. All Team has 20 days to respond to the advertising submission. If All Team does not respond within 20 days after receipt of the advertising, the advertising is deemed not acceptable.
This means that All Team franchisees cannot use advertising materials that have not been approved by All Team. If All Team does not respond within the specified timeframe, the franchisee is not allowed to use the advertising. This ensures that All Team maintains control over its brand and marketing efforts.
This requirement is fairly standard in franchising, as franchisors typically want to ensure brand consistency and compliance with advertising regulations. Franchisees should factor this 20-day approval period into their marketing plans to avoid delays.
