ATFC has the right to cease granting permission to operate any such social media outlet at any time. Except as otherwise provided, FRANCHISEE may not maintain a presence on the Internet for its Agency. Any advertising on the Internet, delivered by facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic means must be pre-approved by ATFC in writing and in advance and on terms specified by ATFC. ATFC may require FRANCHISEE to place all such electronic advertisements with ATFC or its designated third party vendor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the terms and conditions for social media usage are detailed in the Confidential Operations Manual. While All Team maintains control over its established internet links, franchisees may, with prior written consent from All Team, create social media accounts to advertise their agency. However, this permission is contingent upon adhering to the terms and conditions specified by All Team in the Confidential Operations Manual, which may include restrictions on the content franchisees can post. All Team retains the right to revoke permission to operate any social media outlet at any time.

Franchisees are generally prohibited from maintaining an independent internet presence for their agency, and any internet advertising, including that delivered via facsimile, electronic mail, or other electronic means, requires pre-approval from All Team. This approval must be obtained in writing and in advance, and it is subject to terms specified by All Team. All Team may also require franchisees to place all electronic advertisements through All Team or its designated third-party vendor.

This level of control allows All Team to maintain brand consistency and manage its online reputation. For a prospective franchisee, this means that their ability to use social media and the internet for advertising is heavily regulated and dependent on All Team's approval and guidelines. It is crucial for potential franchisees to carefully review the Confidential Operations Manual to understand the specific terms and conditions related to social media usage and internet advertising to ensure they can comply with these requirements.
