You will not advertise or use in advertising or other form of promotion, the Marks without the appropriate copyright, trademark, and service mark symbols ("©", "®", "TM" or "SM") as we direct. Any advertising on the Internet will require our prior written approval.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when advertising, franchisees must use the appropriate copyright, trademark, and service mark symbols as directed by All Team. These symbols include "©", "®", "TM" or "SM".

All Team requires franchisees to submit all advertising and promotional materials, including those for newspapers, radio, the Internet, television, specialty items, circulars, and signs, for approval. If All Team does not provide written approval within 20 days of receiving the materials, the materials are considered unapproved. All promotional and advertising materials submitted become the property of All Team, who may also provide advertising and promotional materials to the franchisee for a reasonable fee.

Additionally, All Team maintains the right to mandate that franchisees place and maintain a bold listing in the classified ads of the yellow pages telephone directory, or other directories, for both the Temporary Service Business and the Permanent Placement Business. Franchisees must obtain prior written consent from All Team before conducting marketing activities or soliciting customers outside of their designated area. Any advertising on the Internet also requires prior written approval from All Team.
