All of FRANCHISEE's business dealings will be governed by the highest standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing and ethical conduct.
FRANCHISEE will do nothing that would tend to discredit, dishonor, reflect adversely upon, or in any manner injure the reputation of ATFC, its other franchisees and its affiliates.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are expected to adhere to high standards of conduct in their business operations. Specifically, all business dealings must be governed by the highest standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing, and ethical conduct. Franchisees must also avoid any actions that could discredit or harm the reputation of All Team, its other franchisees, or its affiliates.
All Team franchisees must ensure their employees treat customers and candidates fairly, providing services in an honest, ethical, and nondiscriminatory manner. Franchisees are prohibited from withholding material information from customers or attempting to sell unnecessary services. Advertising must not be deceptive, misleading, or unethical. Franchisees are only permitted to make promises, representations, and guarantees to customers, candidates, and others that are authorized in writing by All Team.
To ensure compliance, All Team franchisees must adhere to All Team's mandatory policies, practices, procedures, regulations, and standards as outlined in the Confidential Operating Manual or other materials provided by All Team, which may be updated periodically. While local business conditions might suggest modifications to certain policies and procedures, any such changes require the written consent of All Team, which can be denied at All Team's discretion. Franchisees are also responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and codes related to their agency's operation.
