What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard franchise fee is $42,500. This fee is payable upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement. However, if a franchisee or its owners already operate an agency under a Franchise Agreement with All Team and wish to purchase an additional franchise or open an additional agency office, the franchise fee is reduced to $37,500.

This initial franchise fee grants the franchisee the right to operate an All Team franchise. It is common in the franchise industry for the initial franchise fee to cover the franchisor's costs for training, site selection assistance, and other support services provided to new franchisees.

The Franchise Disclosure Document states that if All Team does not accept the Franchise Agreement within thirty days of its submission, the entire franchise fee will be refunded. Otherwise, the franchise fee is fully earned when paid and is non-refundable, which is a typical practice in franchising. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider this non-refundable aspect and ensure they are fully committed before paying the fee.
