Does All Team specify the location where the initial training program will be furnished?

ATFC will provide an initial training program for the operation of the Agency using the Systems and Marks of ATFC for the FRANCHISEE or its Principal Owner, the recruiter for Permanent Placement Business, and the manager of the Temporary Service Business.
The initial training program is furnished after this Agreement is executed and prior to the opening of the Agency and will be furnished at such time and place as ATFC may designate.
FRANCHISEE shall pay all transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses incurred by it and its employees in attending this program.
FRANCHISEE's Principal Owner must attend and satisfactorily complete the training program before opening the Agency.
In addition, the recruiter and the manager must satisfactorily complete the training program before beginning work at the Agency.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program's location is determined by All Team. The FDD states that the initial training will be furnished at a time and place designated by All Team. This training is provided after the Franchise Agreement is executed but before the All Team agency opens.
Prospective franchisees and their employees, such as the recruiter for Permanent Placement Business and the manager of the Temporary Service Business, must attend this initial training program. The franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses related to attending the training, including transportation, lodging, and meals.
The Principal Owner of the franchise must attend and satisfactorily complete the training program before the agency can open. If the Principal Owner does not complete the training satisfactorily, All Team reserves the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. However, the FDD clarifies that completing the training program does not guarantee the success of the agency.
All Team also retains the right to modify the training program based on the franchisee's and their principal owner's experience. Additionally, All Team may provide or require refresher training programs at a time and place designated by All Team, with the franchisee bearing the associated costs.
