What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement that supervisory personnel and key employees are required to sign must be in a form acceptable to All Team. This requirement extends to designated managers and key employees such as staffing managers, sales managers, and office managers. All Team retains the right to determine what constitutes an acceptable form of the agreement.

This means that prospective All Team franchisees do not have complete autonomy in determining the terms of the Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreements signed by their employees. They must use a form that All Team finds satisfactory. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as it allows the franchisor to maintain consistency and protect its confidential information and trade secrets across the entire franchise system.

As an All Team franchisee, it is important to understand the specific requirements All Team has for these agreements. A prospective franchisee should request a sample copy of the Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement during the due diligence process to fully understand its terms and conditions. This will help ensure compliance and avoid potential disputes with All Team in the future.
