Who is solely responsible for the day-to-day operations of the All Team business?

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee (referred to as "USER" in the document) is solely responsible for the day-to-day operations of their All Team temporary personnel service business. The FDD emphasizes that neither the franchisee nor anyone paid by the franchisee is considered an employee of All Team Franchise Corporation (ATFC). While the franchisee manages the daily operations, All Team provides the overall framework and support system for the franchise.

Furthermore, the franchisee is responsible for indemnifying All Team from any liabilities, claims, or demands arising from the franchisee's actions or omissions, or those of their employees or agents.
