What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team or its affiliates retain the sole right to advertise on the Internet and create websites using any of the All Team Marks or variations of those marks. However, All Team retains the right to pre-approve a franchisee's use of linking and framing between the franchisee's web pages and all other websites.
This means that while franchisees cannot independently control the overarching online advertising strategy using the All Team brand, they may have some limited ability to connect their own web pages to other sites, subject to All Team's approval. All Team maintains control over the brand's online presence and how it is represented.
Furthermore, franchisees must dismantle any frames and links between their web pages and any other websites within five days of a request from All Team. This highlights All Team's strict control over the brand's online image and marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and adherence to their standards. A prospective franchisee should consider how these restrictions might impact their ability to market their specific location or services online and discuss any potential concerns with All Team.
