What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, in the event of a dispute, All Team and the franchisee (USER) will jointly select the mediator. If both parties cannot agree on a mediator, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) will select the mediator, using their rules and guidelines. The mediation will take place in Tampa, Florida, unless both parties agree to another location.

This means that as a prospective All Team franchisee, you have a say in who the mediator is during a dispute. However, if you and All Team cannot come to an agreement, the selection process defaults to the AAA. It is important to note that the mediation does not have to be conducted under the AAA.

The cost of the Mediation, including the mediator's fee and expenses, shall be paid by the franchisee (USER). This is a standard practice in franchising, where the franchisee typically bears the costs of dispute resolution. Franchisees should consider this when evaluating the potential costs associated with entering into a franchise agreement with All Team.
