What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while completion of the training program is mandatory, it does not guarantee the success of the Agency. The Franchisee's Principal Owner, recruiter, and manager must satisfactorily complete the training program before commencing work. If the Franchisee's Principal Owner does not satisfactorily complete the training, All Team has the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement.
All Team may also provide or require additional or refresher training programs from time to time. The franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, for themselves and their employees when attending these programs. However, as long as the franchisee is not in default under the Franchise Agreement, All Team will charge a reasonable fee to train a reasonable number of the franchisee's new employees or their trainers at All Team's corporate offices.
This condition is fairly standard in franchising. Franchisors typically require franchisees and their key staff to complete training to ensure they understand the All Team's operating system. However, the success of a franchise depends on many factors beyond initial training, including the franchisee's business acumen, local market conditions, and the ability to manage and motivate employees.
