What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the National Advertising Council (NAC) plays a strategic role in the company's marketing efforts. The NAC is responsible for making strategic planning decisions related to the National Advertising Fund. While the NAC provides strategic direction, All Team Franchise Corporation (ATFC) retains the sole right to make day-to-day decisions necessary to implement the NAC's strategic plans.

The NAC consists of four members: three franchisees elected annually by all franchisees in full compliance with their Franchise Agreement, and the Director, who is an employee of ATFC. Franchisee members are elected based on one vote per agency, with ATFC deciding in the event of a tie. This composition ensures franchisee representation in advertising decisions while maintaining ATFC's oversight.

The NAC is responsible for reviewing and either approving or disapproving long-range marketing plans developed by ATFC or other franchisees. The NAC can also develop its own long-range marketing plans. Once a marketing plan is approved by the NAC, ATFC implements the plan without further review. However, ATFC reserves the right to modify the duties, organization, membership, and other aspects of the NAC, except for voting eligibility. Any deadlocks within the NAC are resolved by the Director of NAC, ensuring that decisions can be made efficiently. This structure allows for collaborative input on marketing strategies while maintaining ATFC's control over implementation and overall direction.
