Does All Team have the right to make changes to the Manual?

We have the right to make additions to, deletions from or revisions to the Manual which you have to comply with at your own cost. You must ensure that the Manual is kept current at all times. If there is any dispute as to the contents of the Manual, the terms of the master copy maintained by us, at our principal office, will be controlling. The table of contents of the Manual, including allocation of pages to each subject, is included as Exhibit D to this disclosure document. As of the date of this disclosure document, the Manual is more than 65 pages.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team retains the right to modify the operations manual. Specifically, All Team has the authority to make additions, deletions, or revisions to the manual.
As an All Team franchisee, you are obligated to comply with these changes at your own cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that your copy of the manual is kept current. In case of any discrepancies, the master copy maintained by All Team at its principal office will be considered the controlling version.
The manual, which is over 65 pages as of the date of the 2025 FDD, is considered confidential. Franchisees must treat the manual and its contents as confidential and must not reproduce or share it with unauthorized individuals. Upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, the manual must be returned to All Team.
