USER shall keep at its offices, for a period of seven years after their creation, all payroll and personnel records for its temporary personnel employees and all other books of account and business records customary for the industry, which shall be available for inspection by ATFC and its representatives during normal business hours.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All Team's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All Team Franchise Corporation (ATFC) and its representatives have the right to inspect the records kept by an All Team USER.
The USER must keep all payroll and personnel records for temporary personnel employees, along with other customary books of account and business records, at their offices for seven years after creation. These records must be available for inspection during normal business hours by ATFC and its representatives.
This requirement allows All Team to ensure that franchisees are operating in compliance with the franchise agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. It also enables All Team to monitor the financial performance of the franchise and to verify the accuracy of reports submitted by the franchisee.
